Paula A. Vives M. is a junior associate at Alcogal whose practice focuses on project development, public tenders, concession agreements, and other matters related to administrative and regulatory law. Prior to joining Alcogal, Paula served as Legal and Risk Manager at AV Securities, where she led regulatory compliance processes, contract management, and risk assessment initiatives. She also worked as an associate at Arias Law, providing legal assistance in mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and regulatory matters.

Her professional experience also includes work at leading local firms such as Alfaro, Ferrer & Ramírez and Morgan & Morgan, where she gained exposure to areas including migration, litigation, and labor law.

Paula is admitted to practice law in Panama and holds an LL.M. from King’s College London, as well as a magna cum laude Law and Political Science degree from Universidad Santa María La Antigua.
