Kimberly Guerra
Junior Associate
Kimberly Guerra has been part of Alcogal’s litigation team since 2022, specializing in litigation matters involving civil, administrative, consumer protection, and regulatory law.
She earned her Law and Political Science degree from the Universidad de Panamá in 2015. She worked as an assistant from 2015 to 2018 and later as Legal Manager of the civil area from 2018 to 2021 before being promoted to Junior Associate.
Prior to joining Alcogal, she gained judicial experience working within the Judicial Branch, specifically in trial courts and the Superior Labor Court.
Fluent in both Spanish and English, she combines technical rigor with strong management and leadership skills in civil proceedings.
