Junior Associate
Kimberly Guerra is an associate at Alcogal and a member of the firm’s litigation team, where she focuses her practice on civil, administrative, consumer protection, and regulatory matters. She has experience advising and representing clients in a wide range of disputes, combining technical precision with an efficient and results-oriented approach.
She joined Alcogal in 2022, after several years of experience within the firm in different roles. She began as a legal assistant (2015–2018) and later served as legal manager in the civil practice area (2018–2021), before being promoted to associate. This trajectory has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of litigation processes and case management.
Prior to joining Alcogal, Kimberly gained valuable experience in the judicial sector, working within Panama’s Judicial Branch, including positions at trial courts and the Superior Labor Court. This background gives her practical insight into judicial procedures and strengthens her ability to represent clients effectively.
She holds a Law and Political Science degree from the University of Panama (2015) and is bilingual in Spanish and English. Her practice is characterized by strong technical rigor, as well as organizational and leadership skills in the management of civil proceedings.
