Her professional background combines experience in private practice, in-house legal roles, and leadership within a regional law firm. This diverse experience allows her to approach legal matters with a strategic and pragmatic perspective, particularly in the structuring and review of commercial transactions and the day-to-day legal support of corporate operations.
Ingrid actively participates in the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, the management of corporate affairs, and the handling of labor and contentious matters. Her multidisciplinary approach enables her to effectively support clients in both transactional and dispute-related contexts.
She holds a Law and Political Science degree, cum laude, from Universidad Santa María La Antigua, and an LL.M. from Duke University School of Law. She is also a certified Public Translator (English–Spanish) in Panama.
