Daniella Espinosa is an attorney with a practice focused on administrative law, public procurement, and infrastructure project structuring, with particular emphasis on Public–Private Partnerships (PPP) and mixed-investment schemes in Panama.

She has been involved in the legal and contractual structuring of infrastructure projects, including regulatory analysis, contract drafting and review, and support in tender processes and contractual design.
