He was trained at the Universidad de Panamá, where he earned his degree in Law and Political Science, as well as a specialization in Procedural Law. Since then, Arcelio has dedicated much of his career to strengthening the administration of justice. Prior to joining Alcogal, he held key positions such as Municipal Judge and Civil Circuit Judge, and also served for several years as an Alternate Magistrate of the First Superior Court, giving him a deep understanding of judicial processes.
Committed to the evolution of Panama’s legal framework, he has contributed to the dissemination of legal knowledge through teaching and participation in reform initiatives. He is an active member of professional associations that promote legal excellence. His approach combines technical rigor, strategic vision, and a strong commitment to defending his clients’ interests.
