Ana Gabriela Santiago holds a Law and Political Science degree from Universidad Santa María la Antigua, where she also obtained a specialization in Labor Law. She later earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Northwestern University, receiving the LL.M. Speaker Award.
Ana Gabriela currently serves as an associate at Alemán, Cordero, Galindo & Lee (Alcogal), focusing her practice on national and international arbitration. She has represented companies in proceedings before renowned institutions such as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), and the Panamanian Center for Conciliation and Arbitration (CeCAP).
She is listed as an arbitrator for the Labor Relations Board of the Panama Canal Authority, is a co-founder of Panama Young Arbitrators (PANYARB), and has been appointed as an Arbitrator of the Panamanian Center for Conciliation and Arbitration for the term January 2026 – January 2028.
