The public tenders and concession contracts team of Alcogal advised PSA Panama International Terminal, S.A. with the preparation, negotiation and execution of a new contract-law between the company and the Republic of Panama, in which PSA Panama International, S.A. commits to develop, build, operate, and administer a bulk cargo and ro-ro containers terminal through an investment of USD$350 million. Alcogal’s team for this contract-law, which was approved by the National Assembly and published in the Official Gazette on February 11th of 2015, was led by partner Raul Borrell.
