Alcogal supports the “Teachers Helping Teachers” program of the Pro Ed foundation

We are very pleased to communicate the fulfillment of one of the major goals of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. On October 24th of 2015, the teacher’s graduation from the scholarship program that was given to the teachers from Instituto Nuestra Señora de la Merced took place. Through this scholarship the teachers were able to get enrolled in an educational program with the latest technology and teaching techniques for improving their educational system. Alcogal was able to support this program thanks to the collaboration of everyone from the Alcogal family who supported the different CSR fundraising activities. Moreover, the Professor Martínez, from Instituto de la Merced received the “Inspiring Teacher” award, which fills us with great pride for being the professor from the school that we supported.
