Ana Gabriela Santiago is an associate at Alcogal whose practice focuses on national and international arbitration. She has represented companies in complex arbitration proceedings before leading institutions, including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), and the Panamanian Center for Conciliation and Arbitration (CeCAP).

She holds a Law and Political Science degree from Universidad Santa María La Antigua, where she also obtained a specialization in Labor Law. She later earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Northwestern University, where she was awarded the LL.M. Speaker Award in recognition of her academic excellence.

Ana Gabriela is actively involved in the arbitration community. She is listed as an arbitrator for the Labor Relations Board of the Panama Canal Authority and is a co-founder of Panama Young Arbitrators (PANYARB). She has also been appointed as an arbitrator at the Panamanian Center for Conciliation and Arbitration (CeCAP) for the term January 2026 to January 2028.

Her practice combines strong academic training with practical experience in dispute resolution, positioning her as a promising practitioner in both domestic and international arbitration.
