Leopoldo Padilla is an associate at Alcogal with more than 18 years of experience in labor law, administrative law, and litigation. His experience includes handling high-impact litigation, managing administrative proceedings, and advising on labor relations, particularly in negotiations with labor unions. He regularly represents companies in disputes and provides guidance on compliance and risk management in labor and administrative matters.

Leopoldo holds a Law and Political Science degree (2009) and a Master’s degree in Procedural Law (2011). His academic background, combined with his extensive professional experience, allows him to effectively address complex legal challenges faced by leading companies in Panama.
