Alcogal participates in historic financial transaction consolidating BAC as a regional benchmark
Alcogal provided comprehensive advisory to BAC International Bank, Inc. in the closing of a USD 500 million international syndicated loan — the most significant of its kind in the history of Panamanian banking.
