December, 2019.- The renowned international publication Best Lawyers has recognized one of the founding partners of our firm, Jorge Federico Lee, as Best Lawyer of the Year in Panama for the period 2019-2020, in the area of Labor Law.
Best Lawyers selects each year the best lawyer for different practice areas in 75 countries, using a sophisticated survey process based on purely peer review, in order to ensure that the distinctions correspond to the prevailing opinion of the leading lawyers in each geographic region.

Jorge Federico Lee concentrates his professional practice in the Litigation and Arbitration fields, as well as Labor Law, having received distinctions for his practice in those areas. Best Lawyers also awarded him the distinction of Best Lawyer of the Year in Panama in 2017 in the field of Litigation. He has held high public positions, having served as a judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Panama, Minister of Labor and Social Welfare, and Vice Minister of Government and Justice.
Currently, he also serves as President of the Pan American Institute of Procedural Law.
