In this transaction, Alcogal provided legal advice throughout the entire process, which involved Aurora SM Ventures, Corp. as issuer and Multibank, Inc. as structurer. This issuance will contribute to the development of Panama’s real estate sector, supporting the execution of the project Aurora will carry out through this financing structure.
