Foreigners with provisional residence permits may apply for permanent residence

Any foreigner who has obtained a provisional residence permit through the extraordinary migratory regularization process “Crisol de Razas” or through the general migratory regularization procedure, either for six (6) or ten (10) years, may request the permanent residence, provided that it meets the criteria established by Executive Decree No. 235 of September 15, 2021.
