New provisions for the departure of minors from the country
As of July 21, 2021, it is no longer necessary to fill out the online form at migracion.gob.pa for the departure of minors from the Republic of Panama. Parents should only present the notarized authorization letter, the original one as well as a copy, at immigration control before departing national territory.
