Patricia is a partner at the firm and focuses her practice on banking and finance, trusts, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions. She has extensive experience advising financial institutions, local and international banks, multilateral lenders, and companies across various industries on complex local and cross-border transactions, including syndicated, bilateral, secured, and structured financings, as well as mergers and acquisitions processes from start to finish. Her cross-border work enables her to provide practical advice focused on the successful closing of transactions. Additionally, she advises banks and trust companies on regulatory matters before the Superintendency of Banks of Panama, including the obtainment of banking licenses and merger and acquisition processes involving banks with general licenses.

In addition to her legal practice, Patricia is a director of Alcogal Trust and the Juan Pablo II Educational Foundation, reaffirming her commitment to social responsibility and educational development in Panama.
