Alcogal advised BofA Securities, Inc. and Banco General, S.A. as initial purchasers in connection with a 144A/Reg S, locally registered and listed, USD400 million bond offering by ENA Master Trust, a special purpose vehicle formed by Empresa Nacional de Autopista (ENA).
The transaction concluded in November 2020.
