Alcogal represented Alternegy, S.A. in a bond issuance awarded in the 19th edition of the Investors Forum that took place on August 22nd, 2018, as the best long-term debt fund of 2017. Partner Arturo Gerbaud, together with associate Rafael Marquínez, participated in this transaction valued at USD320 million.
To this date, this transaction is considered one of the largest bond issuances by a company from the energy sector in Panama.
