(prestatarios) en relaci\u00f3n con la preparaci\u00f3n, ejecuci\u00f3n, entrega, y consumaci\u00f3n de un pr\u00e9stamo a plazo por USD32.150 millones concedido por Banco General, S.A., Metrobank, S.A. y Towerbank International Inc. El pr\u00e9stamo fue concedido para la compra de torres de telecomunicaciones en Panam\u00e1, las cuales ser\u00e1n utilizadas para la adquisici\u00f3n de activos para la transmisi\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales de telefon\u00eda celular.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los prestamistas estuvieron representados por Greenberg Traurig (Oficina de Miami), Alcogal (Panama) y Nassar Abogados (Costa Rica).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El equipo de Alcogal estuvo liderado por el socio Eloy Alfaro, con el apoyo de la asociada internacional Rita de la Guardia.
