Alem\u00e1n, Cordero, Galindo & Lee (Alcogal) asesor\u00f3 a Banco General, S.A., como estructurador, en relaci\u00f3n con (i) el registro de acciones comunes de Supermercados Xtra, S.A. ante la Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores (SMV) y lo correspondiente en la Bolsa Latinoamericana de Valores (Latinex) para la negociaci\u00f3n en el mercado secundario de dichas acciones, resultando en un levantamiento de capital de USD45.6M, el primero que se lleva a cabo a trav\u00e9s del mercado de capitales paname\u00f1os en muchos a\u00f1os, y (ii) la modificaci\u00f3n de ciertos t\u00e9rminos y condiciones de una emisi\u00f3n de bonos corporativos de USD25O M que Supermercados Xtra, S.A. tiene registrado en la SMV, con el fin de permitir la redenci\u00f3n anticipada de las Series E, F y G de dicha emisi\u00f3n con fondos provenientes de un levantamiento de capital.
